Darrell Brooks, the suspected driver of an SUV that plowed into a crowd of people at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin , last weekend was slapped with another charge after an 8-year-old boy died from his injuries.
Brooks, 39, was charged Monday with first-degree intentional homicide in connection to the death of Jackson Sparks, according to WISN, which was added to the five other counts he already faced.
