US Bio Laboratories in Ukraine?

I watched this narrative unfolding last night and this morning. Unverifiable reports of US biolabs being hit by Russia across Ukraine. A few alt media I consider controlled opposition jumped all over the story led me to be skepticle. Posting Sources Ive come across. There is evidence that the US or [DS] has or had biolabs in Ukraine. Still almost no evidence pointing out any of them have been targeted or blown up as of now.

The activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine, which were carried out uncontrollably and non-transparently for Ukrainian society, caused a wave of just indignation.
Outbreaks of serious diseases are of great concern to Ukrainians, as well as to Europeans who may be held hostage to biological experiments, including on humans.
These include hemorrhagic pneumonia, cholera and a number of other highly contagious diseases, the causative agents of some of which have not yet been identified.
The coronavirus pandemic has raised the issue of biological protection of the Ukrainian people and our state as never before. Obviously, in such a situation, the government should not be just a statistician who records the number of sick and dead, it must take the most decisive measures.
And we need to start with a detailed assessment of the biological threats that already exist in Ukraine, an honest and open report to society, the development of security measures.
US biological laboratories in Ukraine must be tested immediately, and all biological products and records must be sealed. And laboratory workers need to immediately create comfortable conditions for observation.
The quarantine in which Ukrainian citizens are held makes these measures effective right now. The "Opposition Platform - For Life" demands that the authorities take immediate measures to ensure the safety of Ukrainian citizens.

Bulgarian journalist confronts US official over secret biolabs
On 16 January 2018, a Bulgarian investigative journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva wrote a detailed article about the US bio-weapons research that spans across the world in 25 different countries. Gaytandzhieva wrote in her article that the US Army regularly produces deadly viruses, bacteria and toxins in direct violation of the UN Convention on the prohibition of biological weapons, and that hundreds of thousands of unwitting people are systematically exposed to dangerous pathogens and other incurable diseases. She added that bio-warfare scientists are using diplomatic cover test man-made viruses at Pentagon bio-laboratories in 25 countries across the world. These bio-laboratories are funded by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under a $2.1 billion military program called Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP), and are located in countries such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, etc. Luckily, the Balkans seems to be clear.
