Moderator of Second Planned Presidential Debate Worked for Biden The journalist set to moderate the second presidential debate has close ties to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, according to the Trump campaign. Steve Scully, who hosts C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” interned for Biden while he was a college student, according to Marie Claire. He then worked for the late “liberal lion” Sen.
