Such BS. Although, to be frank, I would have had my counsel argue for defamation per quod, NOT defamation per se. The former allows one to argue that one need not be explicitly named to be defamed. Legal skullduggery aside, the decision was pharisaical nonsense not unlike we saw in the courts during the coup. The bottom line is this: Twitter carried water for Hunter and the Biden Crime Syndicate by blocking the NYPost stories about Hunter and the contents of his laptop by saying they were "hacked materials." Twitter, of course, pulled that out of thin air. I went on PACER and, with your support for Marco Polo, bought all of the documents from the case. Here they are in a (albeit large) zip file.
