 Why did the DOJ charge only Bannon?
 Spitballing:
 Mark Meadows, Kash Patel, and Dan Scavino we're all members of the Trump Administration. As such, their testimony could be covered under executive privilege which is still being litigated. Bannon was not in the administration and has less of a reason not to cooperate.
