Pres. Biden will announce a new OSHA rule this evening requiring all companies with 100+ employees (private sector included) to either ensure workers are fully vaccinated or tested weekly. Companies could face “substantial fines” if they don’t comply.

I have been nervous of this for some time. Clearly unconstitutional, and I will have to put together a report on informed consent and religious exemptions to have ready for work. I will not submit to weekly testing that have already been shown to produce false positives. I have been truly blessed to have a well enough job to be able to support my family on my own, but if my job starts mandating this and things get less comfy for me and my family, I will be forced to make some difficult decisions including seeking alternative employment and legal recourse. I never enjoyed the job nor the union corruption, so I'll try to look at it as a blessing in disguise if things get to that point. If you are of similar mindset, do not quit, expend all avenues of resistance (Informed consent/ Religious Exemption / Employee Services / Unpaid Time Off / Vacation etc ), force them to fire you, and seek legal council.
It will be a tough road ahead explaining what it means to live in a free society. The disgrace brought upon this Country and the men and women who died thinking they were defending our implied freedom. Those that seek to force their will upon others shall receive no quarter from me. I do have my wife working on something now that may become available soon to those that wish to support my efforts here. I may be freed up for more work or much less work here depending on outcome of all of this.
